[TSVN1.7] Is it possible to turn off external view or prefetch in repo-browser

99% of the working copy in my company is by externals, and when I open up the repo-browser it lags like an old lady (~10 to 15secs), and with TSVN v1.6x it is faster.
But I can't find a way to turn the external view off, is it possible to turn it off in repo-browser?
