1.7.1 Changed behaviour of refresh in show log with a predefined startrev or endrev

Hi!

Since 1.7.1 the behaviour oft the refresh-btn (or F5) in the show log dialog has changed (it seems this has been done due to issue 109) when using the automating mechanism of TortoiseProc (e.g. /startrev: or /endrev:).

In previous versions if you start the show-log dialog with a specific start or end version, a click of the refresh-btn showed all versions beginning with head, now the range of the revisions doesn't change any more. Ok, this can be seen as a feature, but:
if you start the show-log dialog with a specific start-rev and end-rev, then for instance press the next-100 btn (you see the range starting with the start-rev, to the end-rev and the following next 100 revisions, ok) and then press refresh (or F5) the range of the revision list will change. Now the start-rev got the previously defined end-rev and all newer revisions won't be shown any more. You can fix that by defining a new range with the Show-Range option but every time you set the start-revision to (e.g.) head and afterwards pressing refresh, the start revision will change to the end-revision or to an older revision.
I tried that with a lot of combinations of only defining the start-rev or the end-rev, or both, but it seems that now only pressing ctrl+F5 can avoid this behaviour a little.

Best regards,
Michael Brandl
