Make it an svn:external in one of the repositories and point that to the
other. People won't even notice, I daresay...
If that doesn't work, just write a script that copies the files across
and then checks them in from the working copy for the second repository.
You won't win a beauty contest with that solution and it also doesn't
scale well, but if the number of docs is small I just wouldn't bother
for a proper solution.
