Jeanmarc, this is tremendously helpful! One more thing I should have added before:
I want to use the issue tracking facilities described in the docs (bugtrack: attributes). Where should I put these so that every dev has them in place when he checks out a project in this structure? Are those attributes strictly client-side or do they live on the repository server or both? When Tortoise looks for them, does it look in the WC or in the repos?
