I've removed the Ctrl-F5 feature now. It was useful in earlier versions,
but now the repo browser pre-fetches folders that are shown. So browsing
is now fast enough.
Also, that specific 'feature' isn't really faster than the pre-fetching,
and it causes too much stress on the servers (received the third
complaint just a few minutes ago from a server admin).
