New feature request

Hi,

I use TortoiseSVN to archive Simulink models. I have configured the diff to
use an external tool that shows the differences in Simulink models
graphically. It works nice.

The problem is that I also need to check the differences of models as text
files.

So the new feature I would like to have in TortoiseSVN is a new option in
the context menu ("Diff as text") that would bypass the configuration
specific to the file I am "diffing".
