what does the CL client say (svn log -v)?
does clearing the log cache maybe fix it (hit Ctrl-F5 in the log dialog,
and/or use the settings dialog->saved data to clear the whole cache)?

Note: it is possible that such a commit exists - I've seen that sometime
when an admin does something directly on the repository without using a
client.
