Server sent unexpected return value (401 Authorization Required) in response to LOCK request

Hi everyone,

One of our users is getting this error when he tries to lock a document. I've tried a fresh install of TortoiseSVN without success.

There are no credentials being cached in C:\users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Subversion\auth but he is still able to access the repository via the repo-browser. Can anyone shed any light on what is going on here?
