I hear what you're saying. We don't actually host the ads, though: they're Google Ads, Google picks 'em. We, including TSVN, merely make a space available.

As Tigris admin, I have no voice with Google; that's a contract between TortoiseSVN and Google. As hosting provider, Tigris is only a "common carrier," and while I sympathize with your pain, Tigris has neither the authority nor the responsibility over these ads.
