How do I to move repository

I have an existing repo on WinXP box. Moved all of my source to new Windows
7 machine including hidden _svn folders. Path to root source folder has
changed. How do I create repository on new machine and link to moved
source?

Old machine:
repo location: c:\repositories\myapp
source location: C:\Documents and Settings\Bob\My Documents\Visual Studio
2005\Projects\myapp

New machine:
repo location: c:\repositories\myapp
source location: C:\Users\bob\Documents\Visual Studio 2005\Projects\myapp
