Re: question on using Tortoise for two different clients

Andy, Simon, and Markus,

First of all, apologies for re-posting. I have deleted my second message.

I'm sorry, but I am really a newbie at this. I have Tortoise installed on
my laptop already and I am using it for company A, whose repository is at
http://svn.companya.com.

So do I need to re-install Tortoise for company B?

My goal is to have two different directories on my laptop, one linked to the
repository at company A and one linked to my new client, company B.

I have looked at the documentation that was suggested. I have done some
testing with my existing company A local copy and I know that if I remove
the file in folder: svn.simple, then any SVN activities will prompt me for
a username and password, which is fine. Apparently, the path of the
repository is stored in the "entries" file in the .svn folder for each local
copy folder.

Where I am getting lost is how to create the new directory and have it
linked to a different repository.

Thanks,
Kathryn
