Re: 1.7 problem with property dialog for externals

Sorry to report that the nightly containing r21986 (build 21990) does
not fix the issue.

The path opened in repo browser does not match the relative external path.

Also, opening the repo browser seems slower than RC1. The property
editor GUI also becomes somewhat unresponsive after opening the repo
browser.

Here's the version info of the nightly I'm using:

TortoiseSVN 1.6.99, Build 21990 - 64 Bit -dev, 2011/09/18 17:37:37
Subversion 1.7.0, -dev
apr 1.4.5
apr-utils 1.3.12
neon 0.29.6
OpenSSL 1.0.0d 8 Feb 2011
