post-commit hook failed

Hi,

I'm getting the same error everytime I commit a project. I've looked on the web for possible suggestions/causes and the only thing I found was a forum which suggested this might be due to different versions running on the server and client. I've checked both my pc and the server and they are both 1.6.16. The commit appears to work fine, and the icons on the client update to the green tick ok (sometimes takes a few minutes). However, I'm not feeling confident in adopting Tortoise as our version control solution whilst I'm seeing these errors.

I've attached the following:-
screen shot showing error after a commit
screen shot showing version on client pc (Windows 7 - 64 bit)
screen shot showing version on server (Windows 2003 - 32 bit)

Can you identify the problem? Please let me know if you require more details.
