Another trick for getting the icons to update works *most* of the time
for me, at least on W7, and that's to kill the TSVNCache process, then
F5 in the explorer window. This almost always works in the file pane,
and seems to work a majority of the time in the directory pane.

=> another trick that *usually* works is to hit ctrl+r to refresh the
win explorer view...
