SVN Commit Address

I'm using version 1.6.16 on Win7 x64, I want to perform a commit but TSVN is
using the wrong address (fresh project) and I can't find the spot to change
it.
I don't want to clear URL history because I just got the URLs right for the
Repo Browser and the import (which won't show up unless I do the whole
folder which I do not want to do).
Can you please tell me how if it all the URL can be changed to the correct
one.
