The IBugtraqProvider2 interface - "Text Status"

Hi guys,
 
I've just developing our own issue tracker for my team.
Just wonder if there is a way to get the "Text Status" field from the
commit screen, to the IBugtraqProvider2 interface?? (see below screen
shot)
We want to know wether the file was added/delete etc. etc.
