Unable to revert missing directory in TortoiseSVN 1.7 beta 2

Hi,

It seems that TortoiseSVN is unable to revert a missing directory, at
least I cannot select that option in the "Check for modifications"
dialog.

Steps to repeat (using Cygwin bash, but collabnet svn exe is in path)

mkdir repo
svnadmin.exe create repo
svn checkout file:///D:/svntest/repo wc
cd wc
mkdir foo
touch foo/bar
svn add foo
svn commit -m ""
rm -rf foo/

Then open the "Check for modifications" dialog on that directory -
TortoiseSVN 1.7 beta does not let you revert foo.

TortoiseSVN lets me select foo/bar for reversion, but that breaks the
working copy. As this separate issue is also reproducible using the
command line client, I sent a separate mail to the subversion list.

Best regards

Markus Schaber
