*sigh* This is not about "real problems" but about inconveniences that could
be avoided. It would be titled "bug report" instead of "feature suggestion"
otherwise.

Sorry, but that is wrong, or at least expressed badly. You do not enter the
repository [root] URL there. Quoting myself:

| Note also that there is a distinction between WC URL (the URL associated
| with a WC), repository [root] URL and the path inside the repository. The WC
| URL consists of the repository URL and the path inside the repository.

What you can edit in the TSVN relocate dialog instead is the whole WC URL.

Now, RTFM says about the --relocate commandline option:

 | This is used when repository's root URL changes [...] but
 | your working copy still reflects the same directory within
 | the same repository.

Changing both the repository root and the path inside the repository is not a
documented mode of operation, so it is not supported. TSVN presents this as an
option to the user and that is actually a bug.

Restricting the dialog to just repository root URL changes would fix this bug
and make the history useful.
