[BUG] Strange view by rename file in repobrowser

TortoiseSVN 1.6.16.21511 (64Bit)

case:

- open Repository browser: two files in a folder with the same name, but a different filetype (screenshot 1)

- rename one file like readme.doc to readme_EN.doc and make a commit (screenshot 2), you see that the readme.ppt also renamed to readme_EN.ppt

- make a refresh with F5 the readme.ppt is normal
