Netbeans unhappy with version 1.7

I installed Tortoise SVN 1.7 blissfully thinking that netBeans can
take care of this as it has with everything else. Now, when i start
netbeans, I get this error:
org.tigris.subversion.javahl.ClientException: The path 'xxxx' appears
to be part of a Subversion 1.7 or greater working copy. Please
upgrade your Subversion client to use this working copy.
NetBeans is looking in the Tortoise/bin directory for its subversion support.

Any ideas?
