TortoiseProc diff for a specific revision and its ancestor

Hi,

I would like to automate the tortoiseproc command :diff to show the changes
done for a specific file Y from revision N and its ancestor. So far I was
invoke it with:

TortoiseProc /command:diff /path:Y /startrev:N-1 /endrev:N

But invoking tortoiseproc like this does not work in cases where file Y was
added or deleted in either revision N or revision N-1. Is there a neat
keyword that I could use in place for N-1 that works also in those cases?
The documentation at
http://tortoisesvn.net/docs/release/TortoiseSVN_en/tsvn-automation.html
lacks useful information.

Greetings,
D.
