Connection aborted (Error 730053) during Checkout (1.7 beta)

1. After installing TortoiseSVN 1.7 beta today, when I do a checkout from a repository, it shows the following error message (randomly in the middle of the checkout process):

Error retrieving REPORT (730053): An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine.

2. On this partially checked out repository, I do an update (with or without cleaning up before) to download the remaining files. Then in the middle it shows the same error message as in (1).

3. The next update is successful. The net effect of those 1 checkout and 2 updates, is equivalent to a complete checkout.

4. I have tried such checkouts of different branches of the same repository, with similar no. of files and file size. They all failed in this way (required several attempts to finish, no matter by checkout or updating)

5. On another client machine still with TortoiseSVN 1.6.x, the checkout is successful.

6. All those success and failed attempts are done within the same hour. They're around similar time.

Configurations:
Failing Client: Windows Server 2003 32-bit, TortoiseSVN 1.7 beta
Successful Client: Windows Server 2008 64-bit, TortoiseSVN 1.6.12
Server: Windows Server 2003 32-bit, VisualSVN (svn version 1.6.2 (r37639))
Repository directory being checked out: 5216 files, 1048 folders, 695MB (viewed by explorer, excluding .svn)

If there's any missing info, please tell me to provide.
