Tortise 1.7 beta and WC-NG

Hi -- I just browsed the Subversion 1.7 beta announcement at
http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/subversion-announce/201107.mbox/browser
One thing that caught my eye:
" Of particular note, please remember than persistent data, such as the working copy or repository formats may change before the final release, and there may not be an upgrade path from the pre-releases to the final."
I guess the same caution should apply to TSVN as well?
