TortoiseSVN 1.6.16, Build 21511 - 32 Bit

Just updated last week. Apologies for not mentioning that in the
original post.

Here's the info on the server:

so it looks like the server is 1.5. Would downgrading to an earlier
version of TSVN be recommended?
