You access to the repository with an URL of the kind svn+ssh:// don't
you?

In the TortoiseSVN settings, you can select "network" and at the
bottom of that page, you can find a field to set the SSH client.

(I am sorry not to be of more help to you. I use TortoiseSVN and I use
SSH but not both together and SSH not even on Windows.)
