  I must confess I thought Truecrypt didn't support ntfs... I have all
my hdd's with NTFS, so when I saw I had chosen FAT32 for the file
container, since I don't remember why I did that choice, I just assumed
there was no choice.

  Anyway, I think when I did a test placing the folders inside a file
container, I had some trouble (too bad I can't remember it) when I
dismounted the container. Maybe I should test it again and be more
specific with my question... and I should take some time to RTFM ;)
