On trunk, TBlame shows the path in the window title.

Deleted since when?
Imagine a file like this

abcde
fghijkl
mnopq

over the lifetime of the file, it gets changed to

qponm
lkjihgf
edcba

and then changed again and again and again and ...

So which lines are deleted and should be shown? What about a line that
got deleted and re-added several times?

This request does not make sense if you really think about it.
