Unable to open an ra_local session to URL and Unable to open repository 'file:///home/svn'

Hello,

I've upgraded my WebSVN to 2.3.2 and Subversion to 1.6.12 (on Ubuntu
11.04), but when go to WebSVN I get a error message:

svn --non-interactive --config-dir /tmp log --xml --quiet 'file:///
home/svn/@' --limit 1
svn: Unable to open an ra_local session to URL
svn: Unable to open repository 'file:///home/svn'

Previous version of WebSVN was work well. I try to find out of some
solution in Google, but all finded solutions not resolved this
problem. So, what is wrong in this error message?
