copy and rename do not work if file already exists - at least a message is missing

Thank you for this wonderful tool!
I found an issue I stumble upon regularly:

Given 2 files in working copy:
file1
file2

If you use TortoiseSVN->Copy and Rename "file1" a dialogue opens, prompting for the new file name. If you enter "file3" everything is fine.
If you use TortoiseSVN->Copy and Rename "file1" a popup opens, prompting for the new file name. If you enter "file2" the dialogue just opens again.

The expected behaviour would be to tell the user the file2 already exists before opening the dialogue again. If TSVN would ask the user if he wants to replace file2 with file1 this would be even better.

Can the current behaviour be improved?
