i hope this mail will be in the right thread, because I don't have received any response e-mail. When not, this is a response to this message:

You can reproduce this behavior, when you add a new folder to a repository. After you choose 'Add...' in the context menu and confirm the following dialog with okay, the property bugtraq:number where added to the folder and every sub-folder.

The option auto-probs are on (even before 1.6.16) and the property bugtraq:number where not assign to a file.
