subWCRev says File does not exist!

I am trying to use subWCRev to set the version number of our project to the current version checked out. I'm using subWCRev tool, but it keeps saying my source file does not exist when it does! Here is my syntax:

subWCRev.exe C:\ProjectDir\Project.AnalyticsDispos
itionService\Properties AssemblyInfo.in AssemblyInfo.cs

I've tried double slashes, quotes, \. at the end, you name it, it keeps saying:
File 'AssemblyInfo.in' does not exist.

Please help! Thanks in advance!
