If something is posted on this list, you can safely assume that the
developers are aware of it. However, that does not guarantee immediate
action. There are lots of other things being worked on.

As to your problem: which version did you install, the 32 bit, 64 bit or
both? Windows 7-64 comes with 32 and 64 bit explorers, so maybe your
versions don't match.

Another thing to investigate is the disk location of your drag start and
finish; if network shares are involved, results may not be what you expect.
