Checkout does not receive all files (update does)

`Hi All,

I have a subversion server, and tortoiseSVN. When I do a checkout of a specific version, I get not all files.

When I then right-click on the folder, and select update, I receive the rest of the files.

I run windows XP SP3
TortoiseSVN 1.6.15, Build 21041 - 32 Bit , 2011/03/23 18:00:27
Subversion 1.6.16,
apr 1.3.8
apr-utils 1.3.9
neon 0.29.5
OpenSSL 1.0.0d 8 Feb 2011
zlib 1.2.5

I have also seen this problem with an older version of tortoisesvn, but I don't remember which version.

Am I the only one having this problem?
