How to "unignore" a file?

From: Fabrice Triboix <fabrice.triboix_at_e2v.com>

Hello,

I want to add a blah.asm file to my project. This is a source file, I do want to add it to svn.

The tortoiseSVN context menu does not have an "add" menu item, I suppose because it is configured by default to ignore "*.asm" files.

How can I tell TortoiseSVN to "unignore" that file?

Thanks a lot for any help!

Best regards,

  Fabrice
