If that is a problem due to the nature of that particular window
possibly some selections on the dialog that is used
for the global tsvn unified diff options. That's
the same place where users can change what diff tool
they want to use.

The SVN diff tool provides good output and the highlighted display
makes going through reams of code easy, so I'm not big on the
idea of changing client tools if the white space selectivity can be
adjusted with the existing interface.
