The 1.6.15 version msi which I had installed previously when the problem
was experienced has the revision number:
{F301F842-B40C-43E9-A139-4651FA3E2FD1} if that means anything to you.
Below is the version information for what is working now (without the
debugger - exception problem, on three computers actively used):
