Permission issue while using network drive on Linux

Hello,

I am using TortoiseSVN 1.6.15 for my project. The scenario is as below:

   - One of the WC is located on a network drive which is accessed by
windows and Linux both. This is necessary because, some of our tools are
running on Linux while others on windows.
   - When one of the users (say aaa) perform update on the WC of network
drive, the permission of file "entries" under folder ".svn" becomes read
   only for all other users.
   - Hence if another user (say bbb) tries to perform update on the same WC,
the update is not allowed. Error: Can't set file '********\.svn\entries
     Error: read-write: Access is denied.
   - User aaa needs give write permission to file "entries" and then only
someone else is able to update.

Please help.

Thanks,
Vishal
