TOpendialog VCL component problem with Delphi and TortoiseSVN 1.6.14

Hi

I seem to have found a problem with TortoiseSVN 1.6.14 when using Delphi 2007 for Win32:

This version of Tortoise appears to break the TOpenDialog VCL component and other VCL open dialog components. Please see the attached jpeg for the error. I can't show you the full stack trace as I have now reverted to 1.6.13 - which appears to work fine.

To reproduce :
- Using Delphi 2007 with tortoisesvn1.6.14 installed,
- create a unit that uses TOpenDialog
- add a button with an event handler that calls the execute method of TOpenDialog
- Run (F9) and click the button ...
