Tortoise reinstall problem

I have uninstalled a Tortoise client system, deleted all the .svn
files and reinstalled. Now there are a a bunch of folders that are
tagged non-versioned with a blue question mark. I'm not sure why the
new install is picking these up. There is a folder at the top level
with nothing in it called Config.msi - maybe I should have deleted
this. Any help appreciated.
