Problem is that those commands take a very long time to execute. And
there's nothing in our log cache that would help speed this up.
Maybe if we can find a fast way to find the revision where the target
path for the merge was copied from, then we could just hide the
revisions before that. But currently even that is not fast enough (for
me at least).
