does bugtraq:url work with HTTPs?

Hello,

I have set the following Properties on a folder:

bugtraq:url
        https://bugzilla.domain.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=%BUGID%
        
bugtraq:warnifnoissue
        true
        
bugtraq:message
        Issue : %BUGID%

bugtraq:label
        Bugzilla Number

The Bugzilla number is showing in the Log Dialog (both from working
copy and Repo Browser) but it is not a link into Bugzilla.

Does the bugtraq:url work with HTTPs?
