Sorry, this is incorrect, I had meant to post this comment to a mailing list
thread with regard to an svn:externals issue I'm experiencing.

But, I wanted to see what the behavior was under `TortoiseSVN 1.6.13, Build
20954`, so I upgraded a system to that version and ran the workflow I
described in the previous post.

After creating a branch I am NOT seeing the branch path listed under `URL of
repository` in the Checkout dialog.

It seems that the entries made in the branch path `To URL` are not
accumulated in the `URL of repository` list used in the Checkout dialog.
