Simon,

Yes, that all worked great. After removing the .svn, refresh would
not resolve the overlay. Deleting the folder and then rebuilding it
worked. And now 'Open with' does just what I needed. Of course this
means that I need to have the 'Open with' app immediately available as
opposed to just depositing the file some where. I thought an Export
would work but I can't see how.
