As I said, we are already getting this from the v1-svn integration provided by V1. No need to duplicate this in your plugin... since the v1-svn integration watches commits and when it finds backlog or defect id's in the revision log it adds those revisions to the changeset list on the appropriate backlog/defect in the system.
