I found this issue had been reported in the forums on tigris but
didn't find an issue created for it or any response so I thought I
would repost it.

I'm using Tortoise SVN version 1.6.12.20536 for 64-bit and still see
the issue. I'll go ahead and recap the issue just in case. When you
filter the Show Log dialog from the Merge screen the revisions you
select don't populate the "revision range to merge". If you don't
filter it works fine.

1. Right click a folder and select Tortoise SVN->Merge from the
context menu.
2. Select Merge a range of revisions and click Next.
3. Enter a valid svn repo url in URL to merge from.
4. Click "Show Log" for the "revision range to merge".
5. Filter the list in the search dialog at the top, user "joe" for
example.
6. Click the checkbox next to a revision, revision 1234 for example.
7. Click OK on the Select revision range dialog.

Expected Outcome:
Revision 1234 appears in the "Revision range to merge" box.

Actual Outcome:
The "Revision range to merge" box is blank.
