Starting November 2010 I updated to TSVN 1.6.12 and all was working fine
about 3 days then context menu was unaccessible.
I performed repare, deinstall, install, ..., finally I recovered system
from image and TSVN was working again for two days.
This two days was the time windows vista need to download and install
pending updates from saved image.
Then I backed to TSVN 1.6.11 and worked just today when windows has
installed update for PowerShell 2.0 and WinRM 2.0
Now versions 1.6.11 and 1.6.12 don't work and always get a message to
see event log.
Next you can see error on event log

Original message :
Error al generar el contexto de activación para "C:\Program
Files\TortoiseSVN\bin\TortoiseSVN.dll". Error en el archivo de
manifiesto o directiva "" en la línea . Una versión de componente
requerida por la aplicación está en conflicto con la versión de otro
componente activo. Los componentes en conflicto son:. Componente 1:
Componente 2:

Translated message :
Failed to create the context for activation "C:\Program
Files\TortoiseSVN\bin\TortoiseSVN.dll". Error in manifest or policy file
"" on line. A version of component required by the application is in
conflict with the version of another component. These components are in
conflict:. Component 1:
Component 2:

I would apreciate any advise to fix and get TSVN working again

Tanks for all
