commit log for directory is mislocated

I deleted two defective files, committed and added two correct files and commited again.
Then i found out that these new files didn't work for me either
So i deleted the files again but could not commit. One file is still unversioned.
I could not do a cleanup, i got the message „ ... commit log for directory xxx is mislocated".
I cannot use svn by now.
