where's the Diff ?

how come i don't see "Diff" (any diff) in Windows Explorer context
menu ?
if i position over a filename in Windows Explorer i hoped i'd see
"Diff" at right-click.
could it have something to do with the repo existing at an "http"
address instead of a network location ?
