Tortoisesvn Error on commit

Hello,

I am attempting to checking a large file (4Gb) and I get and error after about 500Mb of data has been transferred.

Error Commit failed (details below)
Error PUT of
Error '/<path>/<filename.abc>'
Error Could not send request body: An established connection was aborted by the
Error software in your host machine.
Error (https://192.168.1.1)

I am using Tortoisesvn 1.6.12, OpenSSL on the host machine is version 0.9.8k, and Apache 2.2.14

Is there a setting that I am missing that would allow me to checkin large files?
