Bug with vertical alignment icons in contextmenu windows explorer

Hi,

I have TortoiseSVN 1.6.12, Build 20536 - 64 Bit, and windows 7 professional,
64bit.

I have noticed the following bug:

As you can see on the screenshots the icons of Tortoisesvn in the
contextmenu of windows explorer are not properly vertically aligned if no
Windows administrator shield-icon is present.
